• You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents to collect and process the data you load into the platform, and for your own privacy notices to your contacts.
• The platform is powered by third-party technology (including GoHighLevel), and that data is also subject to the underlying provider's terms and privacy practices.
• You are responsible for the communications you send through the platform and for compliance with applicable laws, as described in our Terms of Service.
